Avalon is a beautiful and fishy reef dive in the Jardines de la Reina. Like many sites in the park, it's known for its very healthy coral, large, friendly groupers, and a high number of curious Caribbean reef sharks.
Features
A classic 'Jardines' reef dive. The site is a healthy sloping reef with a very high biomass of fish. Divers can expect to be surrounded by schools of snappers, friendly Nassau groupers, and curious reef sharks.
