Close Encounters is a submerged pinnacle off the coast of Pemuteran. It's a magnet for schooling fish, and its location in deeper water makes it a good spot for 'close encounters' with whitetip reef sharks and other larger marine life.
Features
A submerged seamount that rises from deep water. The pinnacle is often surrounded by huge schools of fusiliers and snappers. It's also one of the best places in the area to see whitetip reef sharks.
