Cowley Islet, off the coast of Isabela, is a fantastic spot for seeing a huge number of Pacific green sea turtles. The cold, nutrient-rich waters also attract manta rays during certain times of the year.
Features
A small islet with a beautiful sloping reef. The site is a major cleaning station for green sea turtles, and it's not uncommon to see dozens on a single dive. Manta rays are also frequent visitors during the cold season.
