El Bajo is a series of three deep, submerged pinnacles that is the best place in the Sea of Cortez to see schooling scalloped hammerhead sharks. It's a challenging, blue-water dive for advanced divers.
Features
A series of three deep seamounts that rise to about 18m (60ft) from the surface. This is an advanced dive and the prime location for finding schools of scalloped hammerhead sharks. Large schools of jacks and tuna are also common.
