Often described as 'the washing machine' due to its strong currents, Gordon Rocks is a world-famous site for advanced divers. It's a submerged volcanic crater and one of the best places in the Galapagos to see large schools of scalloped hammerheads.

Features

A collapsed volcanic caldera with strong currents and surge. Divers navigate the rocky pinnacles to find cleaning stations for schooling scalloped hammerhead sharks. Galapagos sharks, eagle rays, and playful sea lions are also common.
