Hood Canal is a long, fjord-like arm of Puget Sound. It offers spectacular wall diving, and is famous for its large population of wolf eels. In the winter, it's one of the few places in the world where divers can encounter the prehistoric sixgill shark.

A long, natural fjord. The steep walls offer fantastic diving and are covered in anemones and sponges. The canal is famous for its wolf eel population and for seasonal encounters with the deep-water sixgill shark.
