Manuelita Island, in the main bay of Cocos, offers fantastic diving. The outside of the island is great for hammerheads, while the sheltered inside is a massive cleaning station for hundreds of whitetip reef sharks, making for an incredible night dive.
Features
An island with two distinct dive sites. The exposed side is for hammerheads. The protected side is a massive aggregation site for whitetip reef sharks, which makes for a spectacular night dive as they begin to hunt. Tiger sharks are also frequently seen here.
