Monad Shoal is a submerged seamount and the only place in the world where the elusive pelagic thresher shark can be seen almost every single day. Divers descend before dawn to witness these unique sharks rising from the deep to visit cleaning stations.
Features
A large, flat-topped seamount that acts as a cleaning station for pelagic thresher sharks. The dive typically involves waiting patiently at around 25-30m for the sharks to appear at sunrise. Manta rays are also occasionally spotted.
