The Sugar Wreck is a large cargo ship that sank near the Perhentian Islands. It lies on its side in shallow, calm water, making it a very accessible and popular wreck dive. The wreck is now a thriving artificial reef, home to a huge amount of fish.

A 90m long cargo ship that sank in 2000 while carrying a load of sugar. It lies on its side at 18m, making it a perfect recreational wreck dive. The structure is swarming with fish, including schooling snappers and jacks.
