The Verde Island Passage is a strait separating Luzon and Mindoro, and is considered the 'center of the center' of marine biodiversity. Diving here, especially at sites like 'The Pinnacle', offers incredibly rich coral life and a staggering number of fish, but the currents can be very strong.
