Black Hills is a submerged pinnacle off the coast of Utila, considered the best dive site in the area. The seamount is a magnet for marine life, with huge schools of fish, and it offers the best chance to see sharks and other pelagics.
Features
An offshore seamount that rises from the deep. The pinnacle is covered in healthy coral and is swarmed by large schools of jacks and spadefish. Eagle rays and sharks are often seen here.
