Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve, at Sydney's Shelly Beach, is one of Australia's best urban dives. It's an incredibly biodiverse and protected area, home to giant cuttlefish, weedy sea dragons, and a large, harmless school of dusky whaler sharks.
