Pygmy Point is a dive site at Tioman specifically known as a reliable spot to find the tiny and elusive pygmy seahorse. It requires a keen eye and a slow pace, but the reward is a fantastic macro encounter on a beautiful, healthy reef.
Features
A sloping reef with a large number of gorgonian sea fans. This site is a hotspot for finding Bargibanti pygmy seahorses camouflaged on the sea fans. The reef itself is also very healthy, with lots of other macro life to discover.
