Dive Sites

Christ of the Abyss is a famous bronze statue of Jesus Christ submerged in the shallow waters of the Florida Keys. It's a very easy and popular dive and snorkel site, surrounded by a beautiful coral reef.

Christmas Island is a remote Australian territory known for its dramatic red crab migration. Underwater, it offers spectacular wall diving in crystal-clear water and is a major hotspot for whale shark encounters during the wet season.

Christmas Point is a beautiful dive site at the northern tip of the Similan Islands. It features large granite boulders that form impressive archways and swim-throughs, and its exposed position offers a chance to see larger pelagics like manta rays.

Chumphon Pinnacle is one of the premier dive sites around Koh Tao. This large, submerged granite pinnacle is covered in anemones and is the best place in the area to see seasonal whale sharks and resident bull sharks.

Clerke Reef is one of the three atolls of the Rowley Shoals. The diving here is world-class, with incredible coral coverage, thrilling drift dives through the main channel, and a very healthy population of reef sharks.

Close Encounters is a submerged pinnacle off the coast of Pemuteran. It's a magnet for schooling fish, and its location in deeper water makes it a good spot for 'close encounters' with whitetip reef sharks and other larger marine life.

Clown Valley, in Alor's Kalabahi Bay, is a unique site that combines muck diving with a spectacular natural phenomenon. A vast, dark sand slope is covered in a carpet of anemones, creating a 'valley' of clownfish. It's also a great spot to find the rare Rhinopias scorpionfish.

Cobb's Cliff is a beautiful submerged pinnacle in Milne Bay. The pinnacle is covered in healthy hard and soft corals and is surrounded by large schools of fish, including snappers and sweetlips.

Coconut Point at Apo Island is an exhilarating drift dive for experienced divers. The point is exposed to strong currents, which attracts large schools of jacks and trevally. It's an action-packed dive known as 'the washing machine'.

Cocos Island is a remote, uninhabited island and UNESCO World Heritage site, often considered one of the top shark diving destinations on the planet. Its offshore pinnacles are cleaning stations that attract enormous schools of scalloped hammerheads.

The Cocos Seamounts are a series of remote, deep pinnacles far off the coast of Roatan. This is an adventurous, open-ocean dive for advanced divers, offering the best chance in the area to see large pelagic species, including sharks and marlin.

Cocos Wall, off the southern tip of Guam, is a beautiful and healthy wall dive. The wall is covered in hard corals and sea fans, and it's a great place to see turtles, reef sharks, and large schools of fish in the typically clear water.

Coin de Mire is a small island off the northern coast of Mauritius, offering several excellent dive sites. The walls are covered in beautiful corals and are a great place to find a wide variety of nudibranchs and the elusive octopus.

Coki Beach is one of the most popular and easiest shore dives on St. Thomas. The calm, clear water and high density of very friendly fish make it an ideal spot for beginners, snorkelers, and underwater photographers.

Cold Water Cave is a unique dive where a cold freshwater spring emerges from the rock face, creating a dramatic, blurry thermocline and halocline where the fresh and salt water mix. An interesting and unusual experience.

Columbia Deep features some of the most massive and spectacular coral formations in Cozumel. The dive is a drift through a landscape of colossal coral pinnacles that rise from the sandy bottom, creating a truly awe-inspiring underwater vista.

Diving in the Columbia River offers a unique experience. Divers can drift with the current and have a chance to encounter the massive, prehistoric-looking white sturgeon. The river is also home to a number of historical shipwrecks.
